  I was a patient of Gentle Caring Dentistry for about a year til I moved away for my job. My husband chose the dentist so I just went here. The office is always rushing and it was kind of annoying but I just dealt with it because it's close to our house and my husband was a patient also. After returning to the area after being gone for a year and a half they insisted that I was due for dental X-rays even though I told them I was pregnant and not having any done. They persisted that this was their policy, ok great, it's my choice so didn't get the X-rays. During this appointment, they kept rushing around and acted like they were running some highly important schedule and talking into these ear pieces constantly throughout my appointment. Cmon ladies... it's a dentist office in Fremont Ohio for cryin out loud. Since they schedule different appointments for consults and cleaning, I had another appointment for cleaning which with my pregnancy brain I missed and did not call to cancel. They called and I apologized and tried to reschedule. However they were insistent that I paid the 50$ cancellation fee. I declined and asked for some leniency since my husband and I are both established patients. They said no and cancelled my husbands future apt because I wouldn't pay the fee! They also called incessantly about it. I finally paid it but for 50$ they lost two patients. Hopefully it was worth it.
